BB13 is an authorial transformation studio in Helsinki offering private somatic sessions that unite bodywork, ritual beauty, nervous system regulation, and archetypal insight.
Each session is not only a physical experience, but a process of receiving meaning. Through conscious touch, guided presence, and archetypal structures, clients gain insight into their life patterns, inner conflicts, personal thresholds, and current phase of transformation. This work is based on the idea that the body holds not only tension, but information.
During the session, physical sensations, emotional reactions, and symbolic images form a coherent narrative — allowing a person to see their situation more clearly, recognize repeating scenarios, and understand the deeper logic of what is happening in their life.
