Nature of the work<\/h2>\n

\n BB13 creates collectible functional artworks and offers limited private sessions.\n All works are artistic in nature and subjective in experience. They are not medical,\n psychological, therapeutic, or religious services.\n <\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n \n

Requests, bookings & communication<\/h2>\n

  • All requests are reviewed individually.<\/li>\n
  • No booking or acquisition is confirmed without explicit written confirmation.<\/li>\n
  • The studio reserves the right to decline any request without explanation.<\/li>\n

    Artworks & uniqueness<\/h2>\n

    \n Each artwork is original and may contain natural variations, handcrafted details,\n and artistic irregularities. These are not defects but integral qualities of the work.\n <\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n \n

    Payments & acquisition<\/h2>\n

    • Prices are provided individually or displayed where applicable.<\/li>\n
    • Payment terms (including any deposit or prepayment) are confirmed in writing before production or delivery begins.<\/li>\n
    • Custom or commissioned works are non-refundable once production begins.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n <\/div>\n\n \n

      Delivery & handling<\/h2>\n

      \n Each artwork is packaged and shipped individually with appropriate protective materials.\n Delivery options, costs, and timelines are confirmed personally after acquisition.\n <\/p>\n

      • Delivery timeline<\/span> depends on the piece status (available \/ made-to-order \/ commission) and destination.<\/li>\n
      • Risk and responsibility<\/span> transfer to the client upon handover to the carrier, unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/li>\n
      • International delivery<\/span> may include customs duties, taxes, or import fees payable by the recipient.<\/li>\n

        Returns & cancellations<\/h2>\n

        \n Due to the nature of collectible and commissioned artworks, all sales are generally final once production,\n preparation, or shipping arrangements have begun.\n <\/p>\n

        • Made-to-order \/ commissioned works<\/span> are non-refundable once production begins.<\/li>\n
        • Available (ready) works<\/span>: if a return is accepted in writing, the item must be returned in original condition and packaging.\n Return shipping and insurance are the client\u2019s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.<\/li>\n
        • Damage in transit<\/span>: notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and the item, so we can assist with carrier claims.<\/li>\n
        • Cancellations<\/span>: requests may be cancelled only if confirmed in writing and only before production \/ preparation begins.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n

          Intellectual property<\/h2>\n
