These Terms govern the use of the website bewitchedby13.com and any communication, requests, bookings, acquisitions, or purchases made through it. By using this site, you agree to the terms below.
Nature of the work
BB13 creates collectible functional artworks and offers limited private sessions. All works are artistic in nature and subjective in experience. They are not medical, psychological, therapeutic, or religious services.
Requests, bookings & communication
- All requests are reviewed individually.
- No booking or acquisition is confirmed without explicit written confirmation.
- The studio reserves the right to decline any request without explanation.
- Respectful communication and boundaries are part of the agreement.
Artworks & uniqueness
Each artwork is original and may contain natural variations, handcrafted details, and artistic irregularities. These are not defects but integral qualities of the work.
Payments & acquisition
- Prices are provided individually or displayed where applicable.
- Payment terms (including any deposit or prepayment) are confirmed in writing before production or delivery begins.
- Custom or commissioned works are non-refundable once production begins.
Delivery & handling
Each artwork is packaged and shipped individually with appropriate protective materials. Delivery options, costs, and timelines are confirmed personally after acquisition.
- Delivery timeline depends on the piece status (available / made-to-order / commission) and destination.
- Risk and responsibility transfer to the client upon handover to the carrier, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- International delivery may include customs duties, taxes, or import fees payable by the recipient.
- Installation (if applicable) is arranged separately by request.
Returns & cancellations
Due to the nature of collectible and commissioned artworks, all sales are generally final once production, preparation, or shipping arrangements have begun.
- Made-to-order / commissioned works are non-refundable once production begins.
- Available (ready) works: if a return is accepted in writing, the item must be returned in original condition and packaging. Return shipping and insurance are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
- Damage in transit: notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and the item, so we can assist with carrier claims.
- Cancellations: requests may be cancelled only if confirmed in writing and only before production / preparation begins.
We handle exceptional situations case-by-case with clarity, documentation, and respect.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — images, texts, concepts, designs — remains the intellectual property of BB13. It may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.
Limitation of liability
The use of this website and any services is at your own discretion. BB13 is not liable for subjective interpretations, emotional experiences, or personal decisions made as a result of interaction with the work.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland and applicable EU regulations.
Changes to these terms
BB13 may update these Terms when needed. The current version is always the one published on this page.
